Appeal case may continue

Nov. 29, Højesteret, The supreme court (Højesteret) has decided that the appeal case against high ranking members of the TG may continue although the summons has not been served personally but has only been announced in the Statstidende (offical channel for public announcements) This probably means that if Amdi Petersen and the 3 others do not show up in court or are sentenced in absentia an international warrant for their arrest can be issued.
